Responsibility: - Leading the Higg FEM verification program. Establish a stable FEM verification service with good quality for ESTS. Manage the FEM verifier team to meet the business growth. Conduct regular calibration training for verifiers so to meet the SAC and Sumerra requirement.- Develop other environmental/chemicals topics relevant services including BEPI program, Carbon inventory, ESG reporting and verification, SBT consulting, etc.Key Achievement: - Leading the Higg FEM program to be the No.1 in terms of number of cases done as well as the size of team globally- Established the basic documentation to ensure the continuity of the work flow despite organizational changes, such as internal guidelines, SOP, etc- Supporting business development with brands from technical perspective based on the understanding of the need of the brands’ sustainability topics

Responsibility: - Build up the team of PUMA global supply chain environmental sustainability team. - Lead PUMA supply chain’s environmental sustainability topic, including environmental performance monitoring, KPI tracking & improvement projects for climate change, water, wastewater, air emission, waste & chemicals. - Product compliance & more sustainable products certification. - Chemical management for the full life cycleKey Achievement: - Established the global supply chain environmental team of PUMA, from 2 ppl to 10 team members in 2022- Rolled out the Higg Index FEM to all core supply chain of PUMA (>80% global production volume) as the industry tool for environmental performance monitoring instead of individual brand audit protocol. Provide customized training program to the relevant factories leading 10% annual improvement of their average Higg FEM score in 2 consequent years. The average PUMA factories scores are significantly higher than our industry average.- Leading the initiative to fully cover PUMA core factories with wet process and beyond by the ZDHC wastewater standard. Achieved the target of >90% compliant for wastewater via industry collaboration, ahead of many other industry peers.- Setup the PUMA Science Based Target (SBT) for climate change for the supply chain part and got the approval from SBTi in 2019. Upgrading this PUMA SBT in 2021 from well below 2 ℃ to 1.5 ℃ scenario- Engage the supply chain in resource efficiency projects and renewable energy projects leading to 47% reduction of Greenhouse Gas emission intensity (2021 compared to the 2017 baseline) for PUMA supply chain (T1 and T2) against PUMA SBT: 65% reduction by 2030 in scope 3. This is also aligned with the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal set by China government. In the same scope, factories are improving the water consumption intensity for production by at least 4% annually, which indicate a progress ahead of the original timeline (-15% in 5 yrs).

Responsibility: - Operation optimization for wastewater and water treatment plants for VEOLIA in China. Support the plants to save energy, chemicals, cost, and reduce emission.- Training for manager and operators from APAC teams, on wastewater treatment process, lab testing, Health & Safety, and training skills.- Managing and operating a pilot wastewater treatment plant in the VEOLIA training center.
