Business Analyst
CurrentSome of the responsibilities I have in this role include, but are not limited to:• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs related to ecommerce, such as improving conversion rates, reducing cart abandonment, and increasing average order value.• Developing dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide insights into ecommerce performance, such as sales by product category, customer demographics, and geographic region.• Analyzing ecommerce data to identify patterns and trends, such as seasonal fluctuations in sales, popular product bundles, and common reasons for customer returns.• Using A/B testing and other experimental design techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of different ecommerce strategies, such as promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.• Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ecommerce personalization strategies, such as product recommendations and targeted marketing campaigns.• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for ecommerce growth and differentiation.
