Vince has a broad, hands-on technical background that you will rarely find among attorneys. He has worked as an A&P technician, inspector, and test pilot for various aircraft, designed and implemented IoT home automation systems. He has been a lifelong learner of various mechanical and electrical systems, including artificial intelligence systems. He is a problem solver at heart and uses this unique practical background to provide clients with knowledgeable, effective, and efficient legal representation. He has presented on multiple occasions to various audiences about the legal issues surrounding AI and helped to establish the firm’s AI Triage Center.As one of the firm's owners, Vince actively manages all aspects of law firm operations. He leads attorney and paralegal teams and helps improve processes for better efficiency in the services provided to clients. He also spearheads the development of custom software solutions to provide better visibility into firm operations and financial health.Vince utilizes his persuasive writing skills to obtain successful results for his clients. He was a member of the Baylor Law Review and served as president of his law school class. He served as Co-Chair of the Dallas Bar Association Publications Committee, where he assisted in producing and editing the award-winning Headnotes newsletter. He also served as Chair of the Aviation Section of the State Bar of Texas from 2014-15.He was named one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas in the intellectual property category by D Magazine from 2014-2023 and has appeared in Super Lawyers from 2014-2023. He was also named to America's Top 100 High Stakes Litigators from 2022-2024. In 2012, he was honored as the Baylor Law Young Lawyer of the Year.
