My professional career includes over 20 years of leadership, technical, and business experience. I have a combination of understanding complex technologies and business acumen, which allows me to understand business problems and support the team in building and maintaining solutions for our customers. I have led and mentored teams of software development managers, program managers, software engineers, quality assurance engineers, and automation engineers while working and engaging closely with key stakeholders. I work well with multiple areas of an organization, building connections and relationships to continuously improve various processes, mainly around the areas of technical recruiting and manager training/mentoring.
