System Architect
CurrentAfter building hundreds of ecosystem maps for conferences, networks, and regional hubs, I’ve identified the common patterns and pitfalls leaders face in collaborative mapping.Over the past six months, we’ve developed an assessment process that helps organizations define boundaries, goals, and map layers before building. This saves significant time and resources, creates transparency for stakeholders, and ensures maps align with unique goals and constraints. The process also enables organizations to build on best practices and integrate with a network of interoperable maps—leveraging existing data rather than starting from scratch. At OMNI Mapping, we help organizations assess, understand, and act on complex information—locally and globally. As systems architect and co-founder, I lead the design of tools and methodologies that make maps reusable, scalable, and actionable, fostering collaboration within and across ecosystems.OMNI Mapping is a fiscally sponsored project of the Buckminster Fuller Institute.
