This job consists of working on computer at the easy tech counter, Communication with costumers to diagnose their PC’s. Also helping customers eliminate possibilities to find a product suitable for their needs. I do a lot of phone communication to avoid making customers come in and walk out empty handed

I answer phones and try to guide people calling in on how to fix what ever technological issue they are encountering. If I cannot do it that way, I will go to the classroom and personally try to fix the issue. I also deal with students who walk into the library who are having problems with their computers, whether it is installing office, removing a virus, or whatever the issue may be.
