Day-to-day tasks• System administration of the developer systems in use at TOPdesk with Ansible. The systems in use include Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar and the ELK stack. Ensure monitoring and alerting for these systems with Prometheus and Grafana. • Support Developers with technical issues, use of developer tools and general advice on best practices• Responsible for the CI/CD processes and for the different CI/CD pipelines in use.Projects• Automation of the creation and distribution of client certificates which provide access to developers to the internal network to facilitate working from home.• Implemented and managed adoption of a standard Gitlab CI pipeline for building and deploying microservices.• Lead a project to use Renovatebot for automatic dependency updates.
