[MOBILE APPLICATION]- Deployment of a new mobile app accompanying the visitors in the Club med resorts. The customers can now easily look for information (timetable, daily schedule…), book a service (spa, restaurant…) and interact with other customers and resort’s staff members. - Monitoring the development phase and the necessary improvement with the digital marketing team and our external partner. - Enhancing the app content thanks to direct interactions with resorts’ staffs and internal data basis.
