Drexel University grad with a BS in electrical engineering, power systems concentration. Looking to procure a position doing design engineering or R&D. I have 5+ years of electrical and hardware engineering working at CenTrak and have a strong understanding of the RTLS and healthcare technology industry and familiarity with RF, wifi, and bluetooth development.At CenTrak I have been a key player in several major projects that directly contributed to this growth. I oversaw internal operations and rollout of our second generation temperature sensing products, including calibration, certification, and correspondence with software team for creation and QA of proprietary software for such tasks . I also designed and prototyped our embedded hand hygiene monitoring system, which has since been integrated into several hands-free soap dispensers. Hospitals with this monitoring system installed see drastic improvements in hygiene compliance, which in turn leads to a significant reduction of hospital-acquired infections for patients - a risk which causes an estimated 99,000 deaths every year.
