My expertise in Sports Medicine/Orthopedic-related physical therapy has enabled me to confidently treat patients and train Olympic Medalists regardless of their physical demands. My affiliations with the US Ski Team and Team USA have allowed me to truly dissect Elite Athletic Performance. I have excelled as a Movement Specialist through my strong understanding of Anatomy in combination with Kinesiology/Biomechanical movement. My open-minded, holistic approach uses innovative manual techniques and corrective exercise to target dysfunction in mobility, stability, motor control, strength, and neurological deficits. I am proficient in the concepts of Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA), Mulligan Mobilizations with Movement, McKenzie Method, Myofacsical Restrictions, Blood Flow Restriction, and the difference between stability vs. mobility deficits. As a former collegiate ski racer and current USSA/FIS Head Alpine Ski Racing Coach, I apply my expertise in rotational movement and lower extremity development to navigate athletes to their full athletic potential. I have extensive experience treating various Olympic Medalists, Professional athletes, and Military personnel.I am pursuing certifications as a SCS (Sports Certified Specialist), OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist), and CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) to further my professional development.
