Responsibilities included preparing engineering and design service proposals for energy and commercial projects. Staff utilization was also reviewed for current contracted and forecasted future projects. Managing current and potential clients was a major role as well as concurrently serving as lead electrical engineer for various projects from Assessment Phase through Project Closeout. Other responsibilities included performing electrical calculations, site visits to document existing conditions, chair project meetings, electrical cost estimates, value engineering, and the review of all applicable building, life safety, and electrical codes.
