Under my tenure, the company experienced a dramatic increase in valuation and revenue. The team size also tripled, and I played an active role in generating this revenue, including:Hiring and managing the marketing team, overseeing all aspects of creative, ad-buying, marketing, and sales.Tripling revenue for an eCommerce store to multi-millions within nine months, and achieving over $1 million in revenue for this store in a single 30-day period.Assisting the launch and growth of new eCommerce stores, selecting products, overseeing creative aspects, and implementing marketing strategies.Working alongside A.I. experts to train models to automate marketing operations, including product selection, ad creation, targeting, and placement.The A.I. models I trained included systems for strategizing inputs for training machines to create new products or choose existing ones to sell on eCommerce websites, automatically create product photos, ad creative, choose ad targeting based on existing and predicted datasets, and place ads using Facebook API on Instagram and Facebook.This role showed me the power of working within a company optimised for speed, power, and execution, something I am always looking for when I'm choosing which companies to work with.
