Use recently gained skills and leading technology to create formatted reports and analysis exceeding customer requirements. This has led to considerable improvements in turnaround times for data requests and more consistency in reporting. Queries can now be answered in hours rather than days and all reports are delivered on time with consistently defined results. Also use my advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Access to improve the use of these tools across Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI).

Database Administrator for Finance department’s new Essbase systemWorked on improvements to the system by refining and designing databases to meet changing business needs. Ensured that all processes ran in a timely fashion and produced accurate data. The business requirements were for several updates a month, which were always met.Added to Essbase system by writing Excel VBA macros, saving considerable time for staff in Finance.
