Includes editing for grammar, mechanics, usage, style, formatting, and documentation. Designed, edited, and produced departmental videos projects including dissertation defenses and programmatic promotional materials, designed, edited, and produced departmental poster projects including student and faculty research posters and also programmatic promotional materials; designed, edited, and produced departmental web projects including student and faculty professional development portfolios; organized and maintained computer software and hardware within the lab including multimedia production tools like poster printers, video cameras, and DVD copiers; assisted faculty and students with poster, web, or video projects; and lastly, researched request for proposals and organized and contacted faculty and students with these RFPs according to their research interests and ongoing projects.

Using a programmatic rubric, marginal commentary, and summative commentary, assessed student written communication according to communication principles and provided a defensible numeric grade for over 70 students a week. Used Raider Writer database management system to communicate feedback to students.

Assisted undergraduate and graduate students with their written communication projects using writing center theory and principles. Organized and assisted in maintaining student tutoring session records.
