- Led a team of four in delivering a Client Management System for Financial Advice, that has compliance process built-in, migrated previous financial advice generator from the previous system and established a transparent process, where financial advisers are constantly updated on progress of document reviews.- Developed the application from design to implementation of functionality.- Designed the workflow and streamlining out the processes of the entire application.- Understanding user stories, and how users will interact with the system.- Designed the user-interface and creating high-fidelity mock ups using UXPin. This is to ensure that the application is user-friendly and feasible during actual development.- Applied Kanban methodology by using Trello, as the project heavily depends on user feedback and constant interactions to ensure that the system's workflow fits the organisation.- As the project constantly evolves, continuous planning is required to ensure that schedule is adjusted accordingly.- Performed quality assurance and usability testing.

- Planned, designed and executed the workflow of the web application for schools called CARS & STARS Online with Senior Developer.- Designed the application based on the teachers’, students’ feedbacks over the first version of the system.- Developed the Front End Design of the Student Assessment section and collaborated with Senior Developer to develop the backend logic.- Practised iterative design process by creating high-fidelity mockups and executing usability testing on prototypes.- Delivered a design that is programmatically feasible.- Performed quality assurance and usability testing. - Utilised Agile methodology throughout the whole process
