Bij Feenstra werk ik op de B2C Afdeling in een team van 5 collega's. Het werk omvat verschillende taken: - Dagelijkse in- en outbound B2C klanten contact voeren; - Herinneringen verzenden en de klanten portefeuille waarborgen;- Nauw contact met incassopartners om o.a. het gerechtelijke traject op te starten; - Contact met bewindvoerders, budgetbeheerders en curators;- Het verwerken van WSNP en Faillissementszaken; - Een groot aantal systemen gebruiken om de klanten correct te helpen en om de betalingen te innen. - Wekelijks rapportages opstellen voor mijn leidinggevende o.a. de DSO rapportages, Incasso rapportages, de werkvoorraad, enz.Recent heb ik ook op de B2B administratie ondersteuning gegeven tijdens een lange drukke periode. Nieuwe werkzaamheden zoals kredietwaardigheid vaststellen, vestigingsbezoeken en gesprekken met afdelingsmanagers om processen te verbeteren zijn zeer leerzaam geweest. Afgelopen jaar heb ik meegeholpen een nieuw systeem in gang te zetten waarbij wij aanmaningen per e-mail verzenden met iDEAL links.
