I am passionate about Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, managing amazing people and have spent the last 20+ years building up my knowledge and experience in such a way that I am often able to engage in problem solving exercises with a very unique perspective. I would say that through the years I have developed and grown into a person that no so much thinks out of the box, but rather asks the question... Why does it have to be a box?I have over 20 years experience in the fields of data and business analytics, business intelligence services, business process consultation, Management and Microsoft SQL development and Oracle PL/SQL in an Agile environment. After all this time, I am still very much learning new things everyday, and experimenting with new ideas/processes in a bid to further enhance my capabilities. Further to this, I have been honoured with being able to manage teams of amazing people and not only teach them the nuances that I have learned, but to also learn from them.I believe that, apart from my experience and knowledge, I am further able to add value to most any time by being the person that can listen to others, absorb what they are saying, and translate that in various ways to make it not only beneficial to myself, but to the company as well. I have found this to be a key skill of mine and found it to be of value to those around me. That said, the priority has been, and must always be on the tasks at hand, after all, that is why we are where we are.
