As a current employee of The Cleveland Racquet Club and partial owner of Smallwood Tennis LLC, I am looking for positions to expand my knowledge and job experience in the field of coaching tennis. My professional education experiences include teaching to a variety of students differing in age, gender, and experience level. With my sixteen years of tennis experience along with being a top ranked junior tennis player in the Midwest section and National region; along with being a member of the University of Toledo men’s tennis team, it has all prepared me for diverse and challenging situations. As I am in my fifth year of coaching, I have been able to teach a variety of over 300 students ranging from large clinics to individual lessons. Along with being part of The Cleveland Racquet Club, I have been able to teach a variety of level and age for three years. Ranging from five-year-old beginners, to teenage high school students that are getting prepared for college tennis. My ownership in Smallwood Tennis LLC has given me free range and managerial experience of teaching individual lessons and being the head professional of a clinic. I am in charge of our High Performance clinic that I run by myself with the top junior players in our program. Playing a part in the Inner City Tennis Clinics through volunteering to help bring Cleveland’s youth tennis, health, fitness, and literacy has diversified my level of experience by instructing and mentoring the youth of Cleveland.
