Supervising primarily small to large-scale residential projects and managing teams with professionalism, vision, organizational expertise, and creativity. As team leader and supervisor, remaining diligent on overall project strategy ensures a successful, timely and budget-conscious completion of our restoration projects so clients can get back to their lives. Second only to overseeing and managing the project is managing the project team. Here, I work closely with members of our team and all that are involved with the claim process. From the project managers themselves to the client, the insurance professionals and to every trade vendor that walks the project floor, my role is to ensure the smooth execution of our work. As the liaison between the project manager team members and management, I provide mentoring and guidance while instilling the importance of teamwork to achieve client goals. When meeting with clients, I extend a compassionate, patient, and empathetic ear before laser focusing on their project remediation. Working seamlessly with auditors, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals, I navigate the red tape, so clients quickly recover lost time and return to their homes and places of business with as minimal downtime as possible. Previously as a solopreneur, and prior to joining Madison Avenue Construction, I had been dubbed an industry leader, and been featured on “George to the Rescue” and “LiveItUp! with Donna Drake”. I also partnered with Costello’s Ace Hardware as a Brand Ambassador. Other accolades include several NY business publication spotlights, teaching courses at the Massapequa Continuing Education program (such as “The Cost of Clutter”) and being a multi-year recipient of the Best of Long Island Award. As an Eagle Scout and active volunteer, it is my second nature to do the right thing and to provide assistance in every situation I can. My focus is on providing my team with “servant leadership” to bring about innovation, empower others to become decision makers and to build synergistic relationships among all staff members and stakeholders.
