Main activities:▪ Project management regarding the schedule and budget in progress, management of contracts and service providers; accountability, technical reports and registrations in national and international notices and festivals, in addition to interface with public incentive bodies and/or co-producersMain project:▪ Development of a social impact campaign linked to the feature film, through the definition of strategies and articulation of partnerships, coordinated actions with NGOs, impact distribution and communication actions. The project aims to mobilize society in favor of a cause related to human rights (still ongoing and confidential).

Main activities:▪ Reporting to the presidency and relationships with around 70 multi-sector companies associated with CEBDS and potential partners (private sector, third sector and multilateral organizations).▪ Identification of synergies between projects and coordination between actors, with a focus on the SDGs, by holding meetings with sustainability leaders from different companies.▪ Preparation of briefings to support the presidency and internal team, with knowledge management and support for integration between the organization's initiatives; working with the communications team.▪ Experience in technical chambers with themes: water, biodiversity, sustainable finance, climate and energy, social impact, mobility and communication, with corporate leaders to discuss addressing challenges in sustainability actions, including debates on advocacy, shared value, integrated reporting, materiality matrix, GRI reports and non-financial information.Main projects:▪ Responsible for developing and managing KPIs to monitor the level of engagement of associated companies in the institution's initiatives, resulting in the direction of strategic decisions.▪ Experience linked to the SDGs: (i) SDG Compass: Series of workshops, in partnership with Global Compact, on incorporating the SDGs into business strategies, (ii) Guide for CEOs: Manual with an approach focused on business impact and leadership positioning .▪ Participation in the events “Sustainable 2016” and “Release of the publication Social Impact Management”: Cycle of debates and presentation of relevant cases with the aim of promoting the exchange of knowledge about sustainable practices and integrated reports.

Main activities:▪ Reporting to the HR Director and General Manager, working in the selection and monitoring of projects for sponsorship in Social Responsibility; relationship with partner social organizations.▪ Collection and management of data for social responsibility reporting and presentation of non-financial information results.▪ Representation on the Interfarma Social Responsibility Committee and monitoring of the Ethos agenda.▪ Communication/HR: focus on internal marketing and quality of life initiatives, as well as awareness of social impact, the environment and governance.Main projects:▪ Coordination of the development and implementation of a strategic plan for Social Responsibility, Internal Communication and HR, promoting the connection and implementation of integrated actions aligned with the core business, interface with all areas of the company and insertion of sustainability in the organization. The project resulted in the structuring of 100% of the social responsibility area and increased recognition of responsible action by the main stakeholders.▪ Leadership of the volunteer program, through the organization of a calendar that involved in-person actions, fundraising and renovation of a room at the local headquarters. The project resulted in the achievement of indicators guided by the global matrix, enabling the training of team behavior values.▪ Preparation of a manual of good practices, by encouraging actions with social impact, conscious use of environmental resources, commitment to transparency and other topics. The action aimed to raise awareness and engage employees on the topic of social responsibility.
