I co-founded the first e-commerce business aimed at establishing relationships and driving engagement between Latino US Citizens and merchants. Approached by my partner with the idea and framework, we operationalized the offering and launched the business, successfully attracting many followers to the space. I led the Marketing Operations teams for the Services and Retail Businesses where I created and executed the Strategic Plan for the $500M Retail Solutions business opening the door for new partnerships and new markets while leading Product Line and Service reviews with key business owners, reporting revenue, unit, and margin performance.

After successfully transitioning a fully functional and highly specialized Business Solution Architecture team and the blueprint for success to the steady-state management teams, I assumed a new role driving the strategic deployment of technologies across multiple segments to generate demand, expand customer relationships, improve time to revenue, while rationalizing IT investments. I was recruited to join a nascent Managed Services business as a business solutions architect. I assumed management responsibilities, built a team of architects, and lead the formation of a strong sales support organization responsible for crafting technologically feasible and financially viable solutions for complex service offerings. We designed repeatable solution techniques, using a patent-pending approach, to simplify the training and quickly grow the organization from a centralized core group of 4 architects to 50+ segment dedicated resources. CFT Consulting was acquired by Answerthink, (a division of The Hackett Group), and I assumed Managing Consulting responsibilities and led strategy development, business analysis, technology assessment, systems implementation, and project management initiatives for major Retailers.

Recruited by a leading retail technology consulting firm as a Lead Consultant for major retailer initiatives. I led system implementations, the evaluation and selection of merchandising systems, and I provided program & and project management support.

Hired into the Management Training Program, I was assigned to a struggling pilot store as an Assistant Manager, was promoted to Manager within 3 quarters, and turned the store profitable within 2 years. I was promoted to a Retail/Commercial Store and assumed Branch and Training Store responsibilities.
