Serving professional athletes, the core value of Nike, marked my first chapter with Nike Hong Kong’s Sports Marketing team. In 2008, the Beijing Olympics year, I brought with my passion and experience to Shanghai, the Nike Greater China Headquarters, to define and establish the new global strategic direction – Nike Category locally for Nike Running, Training and Football. In 2013, I led the entire Hong Kong Marketing team of 40+ teammates to create a transformational game-changing marketing strategy to elevate the consumer experience and further foster brand differentiation in such a mature but energetic market.In 2018, with the new global strategic city focus, I headed to Beijing, Nike North West Territory headquarters with a mission to rebuild the team of 110+ teammates and culture altogether as well as regain the No.1 brand position in Beijing city.
