• At Virgin Orbit, we are leveraging our human spaceflight program and our team’s extensive background in low-cost launch systems to create LauncherOne, an orbital launch vehicle dedicated to the small satellite market.
• Led full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments including engineering, production, manufacturing, quality, accounting & finance, business operations, and supply chain
• Designed and executed recruiting efforts filling key requisitions at Director, Manager, Senior Engineer, Engineer, and Technician levels
• Managed all recruiting across Virgin Orbit’s two manufacturing facilities in Long Beach, CA and one test site in Mojave, CA
• Strategized with C-level execs, VP’s, Directors, and Team Leads to determine hiring needs and build candidate pipelines
