Gtm Operations Manager
CurrentTools: Zoominfo, Lusha, Fullcast Lead Routing, Salesloft, Gong Engage, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce- Manage the end-to-end process of GTM initiatives, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel Partner Ops.- Implementing and leveraging technology solutions to enhance the efficiency and scalability of GTM operations.- Meet with CSMs from Zoominfo, Lusha, Fullcast, Salesloft, Gong, and Linkedin Sales Navigator on a regular basis to align Udemy business goals with the tool’s capabilities and product roadmap.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate GTM strategies into actionable plans.- Leverage Fullcast for Lead Routing combined with Zoominfo and Lusha’s Lead Data Enrichment to connect our reps with higher quality leads.- Collaborate with Sales Ops to improve the selling motion through Gong Engage Flows Frameworks and Gong AI Call Spotlights.- Revamped the Last Touch Attribution model to attribute pipeline generation to Sales and Marketing teams.- Orchestrate the deployment of Gong Engage with cross-functional teams- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on GTM tool usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.- Conduct regular audits and quality checks of GTM configurations to maintain data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
