-Mainly focus on developing a startegic partnership with OEM clients in Europe and CIS countries.-Responsible for growing revenue, communicate the potential requests of the customer to provide the solution through the diagnostic condition of the information of the customer-Recruiting, managing and motivating the sales team.

-Responsible for ASEAN countries business development.-Develop new accounts in the region, and set up customer relationship management to expand the business.-Analyze sales and marketing of target market, reports on competition, new market trends and suggestions for marketing to formulate product roadmap and business plan.-Make preparation and attending the international exhibition to develop new accounts, new business and enhance company brand image.
