Also served as a servant leader to help accelerate timelines bringing ease to the Data Science team by aggregating an objective understanding for the Clinical Team’s most complex process flow (Flow Cytometry) by consolidating (and visually mapping) all 20+ approved collective SOP’s into a simplified quick reference tool highlighting relevant end user community potential storage access points allowing for quicker solution development efforts. Also served as a trusted advisor to the new PMO organization (spanning 16 months involving 2 project efforts) to evaluate the usability of prescribed PMO assets for better organization adoption. Identified underutilized templates (and other redundancies) and simplified the collection of PMO templates (from ~24 to 16) for the goal of reducing non-value-added efforts performed by Lyell’s project managers. -
