Currently managing the acquisition and development efforts of investment properties in the Puntarenas province in Costa Rica.

- Served as a program manager for SharkNinja’s PMO to assist with establishing initial PMO-sanctioned project processes and project templates and artifacts for audit-readiness.- Provided project management representation to aid SharkNinja’s IT team with launching eCommerce modifications to support SharkNinja’s first subscription-based and consumable appliance product. Immediately identified critical deployment risks, resulting with leadership team request to lead revisions to current User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans in order to enable Digital team with better testing visibility and coverage. Also, helped coordinate “extended” UAT to include downstream impacted teams (Operations, Finance, Reporting, and 3rd party suppliers) to provide unplanned opportunities to validate the proposed changes. Served as the primary point of contact for executive/upstream communication.- Also served as the lead enterprise project manager for a cloud platform transformation program. Led the first phase of this program as a PMO-pilot effort to validate newly established PMO project methodology and templates/artifacts to assert consistent project solution delivery and communication.

Led an end-to-end software exploration project (partnering Lyell’s Data Science team with an AWS vendor) to confirm the usability of a proposed custom Validated Storage solution intended to host & assert the compliance of extracted clinical data (from 100+ assorted lab devices) remains compliant with GxP regulatory requirements during the entirety of its life cycle. This included coordinating the RFP effort to identify and evaluate 16 cloud-based storage platform vendors for this proof of concept project. Also served as a servant leader to help accelerate timelines bringing ease to the Data Science team by aggregating an objective understanding for the Clinical Team’s most complex process flow (Flow Cytometry) by consolidating (and visually mapping) all 20+ approved collective SOP’s into a simplified quick reference tool highlighting relevant end user community potential storage access points allowing for quicker solution development efforts. Also served as a trusted advisor to the new PMO organization (spanning 16 months involving 2 project efforts) to evaluate the usability of prescribed PMO assets for better organization adoption. Identified underutilized templates (and other redundancies) and simplified the collection of PMO templates (from ~24 to 16) for the goal of reducing non-value-added efforts performed by Lyell’s project managers.

Served as the IT Organization’s shared resource during a project effort aimed to migrate (Clinical) Master Data from SmartSheets to their newly implemented ERP (Oracle Fusion). Held several roles to complete this assignment (ranging from project management, vendor relations management, and technical MDM resource) as well as served as the key liaison to harmonize relations between the IT and Supply Chain/Operations teams to better position them for the planning of onboarding future enterprise applications into their infrastructure. Led / Represented the IT organization to plan, define, and establish an IT SOX Compliance Program for the goal of asserting audit-readiness. Also, partnered with external accounting advisors (Moss Adams) to review the crafted governance, policies & SOP’s designed to aid Lyell’s internal IT control efforts. Crafted this initial version of the Compliance Program within 4 months, along with establishing a change management process to evaluate and manage business/functional team proposed changes for the goal of maintaining a GxP-compliant IT infrastructure.Contract renewed with (ProPharma Group), a different organization at Planet Technology.

As Metagenics' Enterprise Applications Project Manager, I was responsible for developing projects from lead inception through contact execution by providing technical and commercial input, developing project execution plans, cost estimates, budgets and schedules. This also included the responsibility for the timely and on-budget execution of large complex projects, while effectively utilizing each of my team members to their fullest potential and motivating the team to work together in the most efficient manner.ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Started with the recovery of an ERP Implementation project (Microsoft Dynamics 365) that had been behind for over a year. During this time, I quickly built strong relationships with core subject matter experts and consultants to finalize the solution implementation, data creation/migration, and integration testing to reposition the project for Production deployment. Following the ERP launch, I led a 10-month effort to stabilize performance and fine tune supply chain capabilities, including the completion of 2 major D365 upgrades (to PU33 & PU37, respectively), several custom enhancements, and replacement of their legacy integration middleware layer responsible for brokering transmission of sales orders & order tracking data.Other assignments also include integrating a partnering customer’s eComm platform (WooCommerce) with our ERP to support a 3PL partnership, and global planning for initiatives such as implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Served as a critical and versatile team member to assist practice/program management build and grow Sirius Computer Solutions’ Business Optimization / Business Agility Team, while tending to external client projects as an IT Project Manager consultant and trusted advisor leading specialized software service teams through a large number of software and process optimization implementations initiatives (such as API Management Infrastructure implementation, SOA Architecture implementation, and Business Process Management implementations) to achieve strategic goals for domestic and international clients. Final projects and services included project management for internal Accounting/Finance data migration to SalesForce.com platform, as well as lead SalesForce tool integration projects (such as DataHug) and pilot web service and API integration with AI technologies from IBM Watson.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: As a Project Manager IT Consultant and trusted advisor, led specialized software service teams through large number of software and process optimization implementations initiatives to achieve strategic goals for over 100 domestic and international client. In 2015 alone, led and participated on over 200 projects to provide coverage for small to medium sized projects. Projects include implementation of API Management Solutions, IBM Endpoint Manager (also known as Big Fix) and OS Deployment, IBM License Metric Tool, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus, integration of IBM MQ, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, adoption of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and development of customized mobile websites/apps. ACCOMPLISHMENT: In 10 months, enforced established quality standards across Nike's Enterprise Business Intelligence organization to ensure implementation of optimal batch design. Worked very well with a 4-person team coordinating & leading multiple BI project teams to 10 very successful production environment deployments of Business Intelligence reporting solutions against aggressive iterative monthly release deadlines, and parallel major waterfall methodology releases.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Served as an active team member for one of the largest industry software (SAP) multi-year upgrade efforts, continued as a business analyst & subject matter expert resource for the SAP data retention and archive effort that had spanned over the previous 3 years, and test coordinator for various teams located globally, while continuing to function in the previous job assignment. Proactively developed an internal team production support knowledgebase to increase responsiveness and to effectively handle production support issues for the organization. Recipient for the 2011 Maxim awards for contributions to the project that upgraded our ERP from SAP version 4.6 to SAP version 6.3.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Developed expertise and knowledge with database archiving for the organization involving several layers of upstream and downstream dependencies of various data sources. This knowledge was invaluable for future conversion efforts implemented throughout the organization. As a result, received recognition as a nominee during Nike’s 2010 Maxim award ceremony.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Managed global testing teams through 6+ near-flawless releases without critical issues. Developed a progress tracking methodology to facilitate the communication across the various global test teams. Improved testing progress visibility down to the country performance level that previously only summarized at high regional/continental level. Motivated and increased team testing performances by more than 25%. Gained valuable experience during participation with Nike’s final phased roll-out of SAP capabilities to service new global regions.

ACCOMPLISHMENT: Consistently completed development tasks ahead of schedule and budget. Earned leadership recognition as an invaluable member of the NIKE Sales IT Application Development team. Gained valuable experience engaging as a developer, tester, and SME as Nike’s implemented SAP to scale their operations globally, growing their revenue to $20+ Billion.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Effectively provided support to help Nike generate $3 Billion in annual revenue, where no critical issues were encountered. Also recognized for developing a custom triaging tool that significantly improved the team’s production support response times and provided quicker resolution to the end user community by cataloging and streamlining production issues and recommended solutions. As a result of stable application, awarded stretch assignment to serve as the Sales Order Application Subject Matter Expert (SME) as Sales IT Development team designed a new replacement application integrating Sales Order Entry and Order Management capabilities with their new ERP system (SAP). In addition, I served as a developer resource to complete several enhancements ahead of schedule, which led to the opportunity to become an IT Applications Developer.
