(Brands: Atlas Material Testing, Taber, Hanovia, QLab, Ascott, James Heal, SDL Atlas)- Creating and keeping records of service reports and calibration instruments using MS Office, OS, and Windows software. - Travels independently to provide equipment installation and maintenance services support to customers in Canada.- Conducts CSA/ESA assessment and perform necessary modification on machines for electrical approval.- Write machine ESA modification procedures and reports, updating of machine manuals in accordance with company’s standards.- Maintain close communication and cooperation with manufacturer's service team.- Reports and answers questions to the management for any customer and supplier concerns.- Performs equipment software upgrades on-site.- Performs stock management of in-house and customer service parts.- Performs equipment assessment and repair using schematics.

Singapore

(Brands: Atlas Material Testing, SDL, Toyoseiki, Tinius Olsen)- Trains customer staff in basic operations and maintenance procedures of the equipments.- Provide installation and service support to customers in Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar and Malaysia.- Writes machine calibration procedures, service reports, calibration reports, updating of machine manuals in accordance with company’s standards.- Correspondence / co-ordination with customers for machine calibration and maintenance schedules.- Maintain close communication and cooperation with manufacturer service team in USA and Asia.- Make quotations, sourcing and purchasing of parts and other materials.- Answer questions and resolves issues to customers and supplier concerns.- Travels and works independently with less supervision to support customers on-site in Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar and Malaysia.- Performs stock management of in-house and customer service parts.

Philippines

- Coordinate with project coordinators with regards to scope of work, schedule, terms and conditions of the project.- Coordinate with engineers, maintenance supervisors regarding machinery and system utility requirements, schematic diagrams, layout, and installation schedule.- Requisition of labor and materials needed for the installation.- Ensure that project deliverables are issued in a timely manner in order to support administrative,procurement and project activity, setup cost monitoring and reporting systems.- Plan, supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of manpower. Modify installation schedule ifnecessary.- Resolve work problems and recommend counter measures to improve future installations.- Arrange training of manpower in accordance to HSE company standards and ensure safe workingconditions are observed.- Monitors and evaluates manpower’s performance for further recommendations.- Prepare and report to Project Manager the progress of the project.- Perform system performance checking using test equipments before endorsing the project to thecustomer.

Philippines

- Develop product pricing, procedures and presentations for clients.- Visit and gather requirements of clients with regards to electrical, mechanical and control products.- Design, specify and present proposals to engineers for the appropriate goods and services required.- Negotiate with supplier regarding pricing, delivery lead-time, and warranty terms.- Prepare bid documents, and negotiate with clients regarding supply terms.- Provide after sales service for clients to ensure satisfaction.- Introduce supplier representatives to clients during distributor visits and trainings.- Train new sales staff to ensure proper presentation to clients.- Handle product brands such as WEKA tank level indicators, Weidmuller electrical components.

Philippines

- Write equipment handling specifications, temporary instructions, technical reports, capacitycomputations, maintenance manual specifications, and maintenance schedules in accordance withISO 14001 and ISO 9002 standards.- Conduct design reviews, inspects, and evaluates the performance of equipment for production use.- Troubleshoot and install equipment software.- Read and interpret electrical diagram of equipment for troubleshooting.- Check and compute die punch dimensions and tolerance using Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM) and report any discrepancies to managers.- Repairs and assembles die punch using Surface Grinding Machine.- Responsible for the layout preparation, scheduling, mobilization and installation of new equipment for production use.- Conduct training of operators for the operation of production equipment.- In-charge in spare parts management from supplier to end-user for better equipment maintenance.- Design and fabricate equipment parts using CAD software and profiling router machine.- Conducts overhauling of old equipment.- Assist in the design of ladder diagram, control panel and piping for the production equipment.- Calibrates oven temperature controller and power card of testing equipment.- Conducts temperature profiles of production ovens using data logger.- Assist in program modification of production equipment using Programmable Logic Control.
