Colleagues know me as an accomplished engineering leader working efficiently with local and cross-functional teams. Interested primarily in making people the best at what they can be, my listening skills and my ability to delegate responsibility and effectively present ideas allow me to be very successful in what I do. Over the past 15 years I led customer support and engineering teams in a multicultural environment, and I coordinated the development of multiple projects from early exploration phases until release to production. I developed a double competency in hardware & software development for various applications: high speed networking, mobile and infrastructure telecommunications and more recently secure electronic POS solutions for banking and retail Tier1 customers. I acquired a strong field application expertize supporting SoC development activities and ASIC design flows at the major mobile manufacturer. It's been a fantastic journey between 1999 and 2008 when we designed more than 10 IC platforms and delivered several billions of devices to our customer.Between 2008 and 2015 I handled successive leadership positions in the Communications Infrastructure business unit, being in charge of hardware and software products delivered to the WW leaders in telecom infrastructure. Since 2016, I'm responsible for the initiation, the development, the quality assurance and the delivery of software engineering projects for future payment systems and services.
