Managing all aspects of trade marketing, advertising, promotional activities, discounting and contract negotiations, the role is accountable for achievement of revenue, gross margin and distribution targets that form part of the annual company plan targets.Responsibilities• Develop, implement & facilitate annual key account plans for the company that execute the agreed brand and retailer investment strategies that form part of the annual company plan.• Develops the distributor footprint throughout the United States and facilitates a distributor management program that grows market penetration and manages brand activity in line with the agreed brand strategy.• Manages distributor performance & develops distributor business plans to improve revenue and regional trade marketing execution.• Assesses distributor performance and takes appropriate actions to ensure the distributors used by Absolute are actively growing and promoting the portfolio of brands, consistent with company plan & brand strategy.• Plays an active role in the development of key account trade marketing activities to enable brand activation, awareness and gain retail floor space.• Sets targets for all brand activity and launch activity across key accounts & distributors and takes effective actions to ensure initiatives are undertaken to achieve agreed results.• Coordinates internal meetings with Marketing and Creative teams to develop trade marketing materials and provides key account feedback on launch activities.
