A business partner facing position where I act as the dedicated point of contact and relationship manager for select EMC Federal and Commercial Channel Partners. Removes complexity from the channel engagement model by providing a single interface for partner and EMC sales management teams. Subject matter expert in the EMC operational model across EMC’s Business Partner Program, deal registration program, channel pricing, order management, channel reporting, systems, and training programs.My responsibilities include:- Supporting partner initiatives through advising, executing on training plans, and connecting partners to internal teams/programs.- Manage impact of process/program changes to operational and financial health of partner business through regular cadence communication with key partner stakeholders and EMC sales management.- Drive conversations with partner management and EMC sales to elicit meaningful feedback that is used to improve EMC’s operational model, systems, programs and support strategy.- Delivery of relevant partner analytics and metrics to assist with the business planning and forecasting process.- Supporting partner and EMC field/inside sales teams throughout the sales cycle as an operational escalation point. A partner/customer facing position where I acted as a central point of contact for EMC’s Channel/OEM sales teams and Channel/OEM partner community. Developed relationships with key internal business units and partner contacts. Resolved business challenges at the process and deal level.My responsibilities included:- Developed reports for tracking inbound support requests to the Channel Operations team for upper management.- Advised on formation of new channel partner support system, moving from an email based to a Saleforce.com based implementation.- Operational single point of contact for EMC Focus partners.- Performed >100 trainings for EMC sales and channel partners in EMC systems both live and online.- Designed OEM partner order management program and database. Order processing times compressed from 2 weeks to one business day.- Leveraged custom Oracle software, Salesforce.com, SAP and Access databases to resolve issues.- Provided onsite support for strategic EMC partners to facilitate quarter end bookings.- Responsible for group’s new-hire training.

10K Bulbs is a mobile game development studio that I started as a solo-developer in September 2014. I recently published “Color Dap: A bubble-puzzler”, a puzzle shooter match-3 game, to the App Store and Google Play store through 10K Bulbs in October 2016.I've worked exclusively in Unity for the past 3 years, honing my mastery of the 2D/3D game engine and design principles along the way. My core competencies include integrating elegant mechanics with addicting gameplay and leveraging systems of rewarded video and virtual economies for monetization. At 10K Bulbs I drive all aspects of studio direction and the project development cycle. My responsibilities include:- Unity C# engineering, technical development of game systems and levels. Scoop N Scoot Ice Cream, LLC – one of the East coast’s first ice cream delivery businesses – was a startup venture launched by myself and two colleagues in spring 2012. The idea was simple; to do for ice cream what Dominos did for pizza by providing late night delivery service at scale and speed.My responsibilities included:- Procuring equipment and inventory. Negotiating ongoing agreement with suppliers for ice cream, toppings, cups, spoons, and miscellaneous shop essentials.- Generated social media marketing and physical advertising content. Organized customer facing engagements to generate brand awareness and online customer community management.- Managed relationship with online food ordering vendors Foodler and Grubhub.- Streamlined order-to-delivery process and optimized delivery routes.- And of course, delivering ice cream cones on a scooter.In our first 6 months Scoop N Scoot delivered to 6,500 households in the Greater Boston area and was a featured company on the delivery food networks Foodler and Grubhub. Scoop N Scoot has since been re-branded and re-launched by one of the original owners as The Scoop N Scootery, LLC.
