Responsibilities and accomplishments as shift leader:- Manage 6-hour shifts in Front of House as a dedicated leader- Lead a team of 8-15 to provide welcoming service and deliver delicious food to guests - Evaluate roster/individual skill sets 1-2 days prior and place team members in areas where team is best able to serve guests- Initiate roster reshuffling and reassign tasks in response to employee call-offs within 10 min of being notified- Monitor and optimize labor costs during shifts, ensuring efficiency and striving to keep end of day labor costs under 20%- Collect and deposit cash profit at end of 1 business day, maintaining financial integrity for accounting records- Finalize sales activities of 1 business day for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring operations can resume next business day- Act as a coach and provide constructive feedback to the team throughout shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment, establishing these in first hour of shift
