I have successfully handled multiple incidents, such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, and guest complaints, with professionalism and efficiency.I have a strong background in hospitality and tourism management, with a bachelor's degree from Murdoch University and a diploma in commerce from Kaplan Singapore. I also have a diploma in emergency response from the Singapore Civil Defence Force, where I served as a Fire and Rescue Specialist for two years. I have developed leadership and endurance skills, as well as the ability to make quick and effective decisions in stressful situations. I am proficient in Saflok, Protel, Opera, and Opera Cloud, the leading hotel management systems in the industry. I am passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
