I am accountable for planning ,organise and maintaining various MIS reports, Daily Market Report, Weekly Report and Fortnightly Report and seeking the approval from the Chief Compliance Officer for onward submission of reports to the management and regulators i.e. FMC( Forward Market Commission ). I am responsible to set the trade permission/ user privilege for trading member/TCM and clearing member on completion of all formalities as per exchange norms.I ensure active participation in preparation of various documents and reports pertaining to ISO certification for the Risk Management & Market Watch Surveillance Department known as Information Security Management System ( ISMS).I am responsible for monitoring Market Wide Position & Open interest position in Near Month and Far Month of Trading Members /TCM/Clearing Members for given commodities as specified by FMC and as per the norms of the exchange and Monitoring Trading Members positions as a part of risk management.Handling Spot Price monitoring of various products/ commodities which are received from Spot Market Vendors & Agencies for all contract which are traded on the exchange platform in order to identify discrepancies, if any before the same is being decimated on the exchange terminal to all concern Trading Member & Clearing MemberEndorsement of release request received from clearing house for TCM and clearing members by verification of the overall utilization of clearing members on real time basis. I ensure involvement in preparation of Risk Management Policy for the exchange.

I ensured to set the limits for clients for trading in CTCL terminal, restricting the client from buying in case of short fall in payment, margin for FNO segment etc. Streamlining of online trade monitoring activities for cash segment and FNO segment through Protector and ODIN CTCL Terminal and other related usages connected with back office software for the purpose of risk management.I am responsible for monitoring the HNI client & Institutional Clients Risk for the organisation and the availability of the fund balance status of the organization with the exchange and also the Client fund status while trading in cash segment & FNO segment. Scrutinized the member wise & scrip-wise position limit in FNO segment with the exchange &individual client wise position taken by the client through protector software. Intimating the concern dept if the Member wise, Scrip wise & Client wise limits are not breached or violated.Organised and implemented MIS report pertaining to exchange margin utilization in all segments against deposit & collaterals with the exchange.

I ensured assistance in procuring RMS software for selling of shares for client having debit in their accounts. Liaison with the vendors for modification and make the necessary changes in the software as per the requirement of the organization for better optimum and result.I displayed a strong hold on conquering obstacles and capturing opportunities by closing exclusive deals, creating and implementing savvy marketing strategies and managing complex business relationships.I am responsible for exploring customized solutions for clients.
