DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Perform the role of Lead Engineer (LE) and Assistant Lead Engineer (ALE).• Plan the workload and manpower allocations to meet project schedule and other related commitments.• Supervise engineers and team members achieving project requirement and goal within schedule.• Check, verify and approve all Design Outputs prepared by engineers and team members.• Perform Detail Design Engineering as follows:> Review of Client’s Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents> Preparation of Inquiry Documents such as Requisition, Data Sheet and Specification> Review of Vendor’s Quotation and Conduct Technical Clarification> Preparation of Vendor’s Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) Report> Inter-Discipline Coordination and alignment of Vendor Information> Attend and facilitate Vendor Kick-Off Meeting (KOM)> Attend Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) with Client at Vendor’s Shop> Review of Vendor Documents and Drawings> Attend Engineering Review Meetings such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, AMS, 3D Model Review> Review Client’s comments and prepare close-out response> Preparation of other Discipline’s required Vendor information such as Electrical Loads, Loading Data, Instrumentation (I/O count), General Arrangement (GA)> Vendor, Client and Inter-Discipline Coordination Work including exchange correspondence> Prepare Work Progress Report, Manpower and Manhour Control Report ensuring projects completion within schedule and budget.> Attend Factory/Function Acceptance Test (FAT) at Vendor’s shop> Act as Resident Engineer at Vendor shop, as needed> Perform Field Engineering task at Site as needed by Construction/Commissioning Team• Prepare Team's Progress Status Report, Manhour and Manpower allocation and mobilization.• Prepare execution training plan for team members and engineers.• Appraise the performance of subordinates.• Adhere to Company’s regulation and ensure compliance to EMS, QMS, ISMS & OHSMS standards.
