In result of continuing success at Liberty Mutual, Executive Management presented me the honor to move up in the ranks to join the Elite group of the 2nd tier of Property and Casualty Advisors. Only those who were able to consistently hit Above Standard Metrics, while maintaining an exemplary role within the region were considered for this position. Then once considered, advisors were manually selected to receive the promotion from Executive Management.

As a Property & Casualty Advisor I was Ranked within the top 10th percentile within rookies in Ohio, and top 35th percentile within the company countrywide. I achieved my Lamplighter Award, Pad-folio Award, PLP Fast Start Award, 6th time Pacesetter Award, I served as a member on the Choice Council, and was commended with being a Sales Coach within my first full year in this position. I spent 8 hours every week prospecting different Mortgage, Realtor, Builder, and Affinity contacts. I ended the year with over $300,000 in P&C Premium, and over $15,000 in Life Premium.

As one of the top Sales Interns in the country I assisted 8 Executive P&C Advisors in Personal Lines Insurance, Life Insurance, and Annuities. I was able to work in this role and meet production goals while also being a full-time student at the University of Cincinnati. I spent 4 hours every week prospecting different Mortgage, Realtor, Builder, and Affinity contacts. As a part-time Intern I was able to end the year with $150,000 in premium averaging 3-4 policies per week.

I officially joined the Sales Team in January of 2016. I was chosen to represent the University of Cincinnati at the University of Toledo Invitational Sales Competition (Spring of 2016) , International Collegiate Sales Competition (Fall of 2016) , the National Collegiate Sales Competition (Spring of 2017) , and 3 Internal competitions hosted by UC. I was selected to coach an elite group of 25 students during the 2017-2018 Academic year for the International Collegiate Sales Competition (Fall of 2017), and the National Collegiate Sales Competition (Spring of 2018). To conclude my career I was inducted in the Sales Team Hall of Fame (Spring of 2018). The Sales Team consists of an Elite group of selected professional sales students who represent the UC Sales Center in national competitions, internal competitions and presentations to interested sales executives. The Sales Team also teaches experience on strategic Business-to-Business Sales, Business-to-Customer Sales, Professional Selling, and Sales Management.

Met student recruiting goals through relationship building, on campus recruitment prospecting events, and public speaking engagement through School Clubs, and classes. Followed criteria to screen best candidates for Education at Work contact center programs

I was a Sales Supervisor for one of Education at Work's clientele. I assisted with sales, system information, and customer service for agents on the floor. I showed leadership on the floor and motivated agents with sales and customer service. Our Support revolved around a Team focus on the floor. Our sales and service percentages have increased immensely, and continued to increase each month.

I was a Sales Service Representative hired through Education at Work. I represented one of Education at Work's clientele as a Service Representative. Out of 70 agents I led the floor for two consecutive months in Sales and Customer Service adherence.
