Engie New Ventures is the Venture Capital arm of the ENGIE Group. My responsibilities are to : - Lead proprietary investment processes from A to Z > 6 new investments closed in 4 years- Leverage minority equity investments to build, negociate and implement strategic commercial partnerships between tech startups and ENGIE that contribute to consolidate ENGIE's positioning as energy transition leader > 5 commercial partnerships signed in district cooling, biogenic CO2 capture, hydrothermal gazification, energy efficiency in the industry, operational excellence for industrial sites and for utility scale solar PV plants, etc.)- Serve as a BOD member in 8 companies across Europe and the USA

The M&A team of CDC Group was a 5-people team, steering large M&A transactions for Tier 1 subsidiaries of CDC group (the French public investment bank). I took part in the following projects, coping with their financial, legal, strategic and political dimensions:- Active participation from 2017 to 2020 in the takeover of La Poste Group (whereby CDC Group has become the majority shareholder of La Poste in exchange for its about 40% stake in CNP Assurances, the French largest provider of life insurance) : this was the largest M&A transaction ever in CDC group's history- Capital evolutions of Transdev and Egis- Sale of CDC Arkhineo, a fully-owned subsidiary of CDC Group, to Docapost (La Poste Group)- Creation of STOA, an infrastructure fund co-owned by CDC and French development agency AFD

- Build a Group ambition and roadmap to accelerate Energy transition in France, with clear actions and responsibilities-Support innovative incubation projects in the energy transition
