As a project manager, I take on 3 main challenges: - Technical, by leading the development of innovative products and meeting customer requirements and/or expectations,- Economical, by controlling development & industrialisation costs- and Human, by leading complex teams (multi-skilled, multi-cultural, multi-sites)Knowing this does not ensure however success as environment and means given to take on the challenge have also a significant role to play!The project manager role is complex as they must identify the key stakeholders, those who will naturally help and support, detect team members strengths, and understand how the organisation works to make it happen! My advice : keep eyes and ears open !
