- Strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of ASF activities in Laos - Institutional capacity-building and technical assistance to reinforce the role of Laotian lawyers - Financial management and reporting of the results to ASF headquarters and donors- Definition of new projects and development of funding proposals

- Design and implementation of a social business plan to support the “Flying Library Project”- Ensure communication and visibility of the Project- Implementation of socio-educational activities and legal support for migrant children at-risk

- Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a Network for the integration of resettled refugees, funded by the French Government and by the European Fund for Refugees (500 000 € per year)- Development of partnerships with European and local partners and advocacy- Budget planning and financial management- Team management (8 staffs)

- Database management: entry and processing of data (basic sorting and crosssorting)- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to evaluate media impact of the clients
