It is not a dream, it is really the way I live my life and I feel blessed to have all those opportunities in my personal and professional life today.After my first few years in various technical positions I felt the need to launch my own business for 7 years and this adventure was a real learning machine. After having sold this company I wanted to try myself in Pure Management roles, then Pure Account Management, and then Partner Management I need to have challenges on a daily business.Actually, within Sword Group as a Sales Manager I have to drive sales but also an internal team and our partners, addressing customers challenges with them and discussing about their strategy for the next challenging years as if it was mine. Addressing all those aspects of business and being able to be an actor of the change we can sense in our world today is really giving me the feeling that I’m part of this digital transformation which will dramatically change our lives in every aspect.
