Controlled qualification of the Plan through cooperating with independent qualified public accountants during annual audit activity, performing compliance testing, filing IRS forms and meeting DOL disclosure requirements.Partnered with fiduciaries on governance to modernize the Plan including the basic plan document, SPD, amendments, superseding provision plan addendums, restatements, and service contracts.
