Responsive Media Tech Services are designed to support online publishers, ad networks, agencies, web development firms, search agencies and diverse online marketers. Other positions held at Theorem include Team Manager, Client Services Manager and Senior Client Services Manager. I handled organic business development, assisted in the US pre-sales process, did account management and new project implementation. Also focused on new business development in the Asia-Pacific region. Most of all, I managed multiple teams of 100-plus engineering graduates, trained to work on client-owned online media marketing tools. I made sure these teams consisted of people who were hard working, task-oriented, organized and efficient.

I was in-charge of corporate communications (internal & external), leading member of the Studio Team – a strategic business unit (SBU) for design & layout, pre-press and production of all editions of CityInfo, including Dubai and NYC. Training and induction of key employees. As business manager, I set-up new offices in Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and Kolkata, including hiring of new staff and launch of city guides in each of these cities. I managed all business activities of the Dubai branch, which included sales, editorial & information management as well as client and business relations.

Coordination of information, editorial, sales (advertising), production (printing), distribution and circulation activities of the magazine. Bangalore This Fortnight was an iconic city guide for business and leisure travelers as well as residents of the city. It is now called Explocity and published in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kokata, Dubai and New York.
