Presenting the floorplan options to best meet their needs. • Walking the product or presenting the blueprints to confirm with customer the best fit for them. • Gathering the required data and information to pre-qualify the potential purchaser for a mortgage. • Overcome all concerns and question, resolve drawbacks, and have customer agree to move forward (close the sale).
