Support the sales team with answers to technical and commercial “specialist” questions.Provide help to the service centre for specific questions related to products or software.Talk with Distributors, resellers, or customers for technical requests.Manage the daily work with the service centre (Feedback, training, reports, spare parts)Install and set up hardware and software when needed.Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.Supporting the sales team in tradeshows, product demos and trainings by taking the ownership of the best practice in setup of Newline’s solutions.Translation to of all support material neededTesting products and report when neededAssist the sales team in preparing technical proposals for international tenders.Support the sales team and manage webinars for the distributors, resellers or customers.Manage the showroom and provide help on product demonstrations.

Pre/post sale support/solution for the product range:Pre sales solution for customer requirement, tender requests and to work with internal sales team. 1st line of contact with customers and resellers.Spec up customer solutions and to make sure that ViewSonic products are at the forefront of competitors modelsPost sales solution/support dealing with escalated issues, supporting the Sales/Product teamsTo work closely with external associated partners and customersAd hoc technical support issuesTechnical lead for product escalation between EU HQ and Business unit Work with the technical product support team and service provider for post sales activityInternal product training and documentation:Ensure technical solutions/documentation are in place from proactivity, feedback and escalated issues.Create product training material and develop training plan for internal staff.Ensure product knowledge is up to date and current technologiesTraining events for internal workshops and external customersEvent Planning:Work with external parties/marketing team to create booth design and layoutPrepare showcase product and content managementOnsite involvement with setup and product knowledge support during the eventPre-launch production test:Pre-production models tested for European marketPotential issues are tested and resolved with involvement from the Business unitTechnical specification and documentation are up to dateDemo kits available on demand for PR review and testing
