I was responsible for the technical operations of a software outsourcing company of 100+ developers. We delivered more than 50 projects to European companies.

I managed multiple teams of developers, testers and designers. We delivered an average of 2 new POC mobile apps every month for large financial institutions in Europe and Dubai.

I developed custom modules for the ECM (Alfresco) of the notorious Swiss University of St.Gallen. I also managed a Ukrainian team of developers and with their help delivered updates to the website of the EHL Hospitality Business School and Planète Santé.

I delivered various 1-2-week projects to various European companies such as BMW Moto, including WordPress websites, jQuery forms and raw PHP scripts. I also developped a stand alone Java desktop dating app.

I developed the website of the "Fête du cinéma français" and I managed the website content of the establishment.

I developed an innovative solution called FreePhoneSpot. The idea was to provide a free of charge VoIP phone to hotel guests. Local advertisers were to finance the service. I developed the Asterix IPBX app and the PHP/jQuery back-office of the whole system.

I developed a web application to publicize for the investigation results of the center. I coded a data extraction script to execute the automatic "pre-internet" content aggregation. In total more than 30,000 entries were made accessible to the world.

I tested all the features and capacity of Voice XML server. I wrote a technical report about its potential use cases.

I configured VoIP phones to allow their compatibility with an IPBX Asterisk server.

I did door-to-door sales of radio equipments to construction companies.

I sold the first WiFi internet connections to the residents of multiple campus buildings.
