Building upon my success as a Program Coordinator, I am continuing my work to build and expand the scope and size of the Catholic Studies Graduate Program. I have taken on new responsibilities for managing a +$450K budget and over $250k of scholarships. I manage over 8 individuals to run the on-ground, and online program.

As the Graduate Program Coordinator, I oversee and execute all operations for the Catholic Studies Graduate Program, including recruitment and enrollment, communications, data analytics, and the online learning platform, for the purpose of increasing enrollments by 160%• Recruit and cultivate ongoing relationships with prospective students (30-60 leads at any given time) from interest through the application process, and through graduation• Create and execute the communications plan, exceeding my first-year target enrollment goals by nearly 10%• Streamline program processes such as digitalizing our paper records, and formalizing key student success benchmarks resulting in greater access to information for key stakeholders, faster service to students, and more accurate records for data management• Co-creator of a new online course offering targeted at Catholic School Educators to deliver our mission-oriented training in a more scalable and affordable fashion to Dioceses which over a 2-year period is projected to increase revenue 20% - 50%• Launched our departments first weekly live stream initiatives to successfully generate a department best 40 new leads for applications and to increase our students’ connection to the University • Elevated the importance of data analytics in the department, focusing on in-depth analysis of enrollment trends, enrollment projections, and scholarship optimization increasing the number of students receiving aid to 80%

This was a part-time position as we transitioned out of the mission field. My main role was to support the Development Director in relationship management and outreach. This includes all communication with current and new donors in both annual giving and major gift donors. I spearheaded a number of small projects to increase the long term sustainability and growth of Family Missions Company's central office, training site, and operations. I supported the proper maintenance of our SalesForce Database for Donor information.

My focus was to build and strengthen strong connections between employers and CEHD Students and alumni through a variety of recruitment events and campus resources.Student in CEHD include: Business and Marketing (with specialty in Sales), Human Resource Development, Early Childhood Development, Elementary Education, Family Social Science, Youth Studies, Kinesiology, Sports Management, Park & Rec, and all Licensed teachers.

I worked in the Office of Admissions as a highly motivated, focused, and results-oriented Admissions Counselor. I had the special responsibility of working with prospective Hispanic Latino students and their communities. I facilitated the enrollment of qualified students from a variety of backgrounds and represented the University of Minnesota to the public, provided exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, and played a crucial role in shaping the University's freshman class and image.

● Managed complete inventory strategy for 340 million dollar bedding business including forecasting, buying and allocation of product for all 1760 stores● Directed a global vendor team through production strategies, joint forecasting, shipment troubleshooting, and new item negotiations● Executed weekly domestic and import orders which require inventory flow analysis, the understanding of over 20 inventory systems, and collaborating through a cross functional team

VIDES is an international Catholic organization created to help young men and women serve youth around the world through the schools, homes, and outreach of the Salesian Religious Order. At VIDES, I was a full-time volunteer assigned to work with the Salesian Sisters in the Dominican Republic for 6 months. I traveled the country with three primary responsibilities: 1. Administer an physical inventory of all assets across 12 different houses. 2. Write grants to help fund various projects and works of the Sisters. I was able to secure over $30,000 for their projects. 3. Work with youth as a teacher and mentor in religious education.
