About Vincent Tino
I'm an environmental professional with nearly 30 years of experience in environmental analysis including air quality, odors, and transportation. I've conducted air quality impact analyses for air permit applications, capital improvement plans, and environmental impact reports for various industrial, development, and municipal/state projects. I've helped over 70 clients register emergency generators in Massachusetts.I started my career with Sigma Research Corporation, under the tutelage of the best in the business: Joe Scire, Lloyd Schulman, Steve Hanna, Bob Yamartino, and Don DiCristofaro. I worked on coding some of the CALPUFF help programs, as well as the BPIP-Prime model. If you hunt, you may even find my name still in the FORTRAN. My FORTRAN is probably a bit rusty by now.During my career I have performed air quality analyses for quite a variety of sources. In addition to basic industrial stacks, I have modeled wildfires; roadway traffic; construction equipment and fugitives; aircraft and airport support equipment; rail locomotives; ships and ports; wastewater treatment facilities; laboratory exhaust hoods; battery manufacturing lead deposition, and probably many which I cannot remember.I also have experience in project management, and some limited experience in other environmental disciplines such as wastewater, wetlands, and noise. I'm always willing to learn a new skill to assist in successfully completing a project.Although my office is in Watertown, Massachusetts, I reside on the Massachusetts/Rhode Island border and am enthusiastic for projects in Southeastern MA and RI.Opinions and material here are my own and do not represent the views of any organization of which I may be affiliated.I'm open to new connections, but if I don't know you, please include a reason to connect with your request.
