AVE is a Bolivian Organization that focuses on child-workers in Cochabamba, Bolivia. I first worked as a project manager before becoming Co-director since early 2008. I was involved in all aspects of the management of AVE:- Management of the legal, political, financial and accounting services of AVE- Strategic and operational planning of development programs and aid projects - Drafting reports and final projects- Fund raising: I increased AVE’s annual budget ten-fold in four years to 250.000 USD- Organization building (job descriptions, procedures and accounting manuals, institutional child labor policy, etc.) - Human resources management (21 educators and volunteers) - Public relations with private and public partners - Drafting public policy related to children’s rights2009-2010: Election as representant of Child NGO sector in the Children Commission of Cochabamba Municipality2008-2009: Participation to the elaboration of the « cartas magnas » from the Cochabamba Department and Municipality (Children public policies)

My work consisted in the institutional ttrengthening of aid organizations and project management first at CEM-NAB (Centro Multidisciplinario Niño, Niña y Adolescentes de Bolivia) and then for AVE (Audiovisuales Educativos) in Cochabamba, Bolivia. I taught these organizations to:- Run multilingual and multicultural teams- Respect cultural differences - Develop templates for project oversight, drafting of reports and fundraising- Develop and strengthen their organization

I first taught computer software training classes, before being promoted to manage and develop teaching project for large client organizations such as the European Union and Dexia in Brussels, Belgium.
