CHC Product Development helps you develop and produce your products in China without losing control over your quality and intellectual property. As Account Manager Product Development I have managed and realized many projects for our customers.Main tasks of my function:- Responsible for managing the bigger accounts and the accounts with technical complex and challenging (assembly) projects.- Building long term relationships with customers to retain and grow revenue- Responsible for all aspects from RFQ to delivery of mass production products including feasibility studies, design optimizations, development for mass production and quality control.- Customer support and project management.- Optimizing quality control processes to reduce reject rates.- Optimizing communication between our Shanghai and Dutch office to reduce language and cultural barriers.- Transferring the requested quality perception from customer to our Shanghai team for best price / quality balance.- Guiding customers in the world of mass production techniques and processes.

For my function as Account Manager Product Development in The Netherlands I have followed a traineeship at our head office in Shanghai to understand and explore the possibilities of producing components and products in China.
