I work with athletes age 3-18 on their athletic and personal development. I assess athlete's skill level and background to design an athletic plan customized to them. I have flexible communication and teaching style that I adapt to each child. I communicate with the athlete's parents about the child's progress and athletic goals. I also act as a customer service representative on satisfying customer's needs as well as problem solving. I work on nurturing relationships with parents so that they feel valued as members of our organization.
