- Monitored the acquisition strategy (M&A). - Responsible for the strategic partnership between Edenred and MasterCard; board member of Prepay Solutions (UK joint-venture, based in London).- Monitored competitive market analysis. - Negotiated a €15 million investment in the Partech International VI fund, which raised an initial €100 million: the fund will invest in young, fast-growing companies involved in the digital economy and offering new web-based, e-commerce and e-marketing services as well as new payment media solutions.- Represented Edenred group in industry organisations such as MEDEF, GPS, AFEP or Entreprise et Progrès.

- In charge of the acquisition strategy: 400M€ invested, 15 companies acquired between 2006 and 2010, in 10 countries, including PrePay Technologies (UK), Kadéos (French leading gift card issuer) or Surfgold (Singapour)- Negotiated the partnership with MasterCard (signed in 2009)- Board member of PrePay Solutions
